Cooperation between Kozminski University and BIGRAM Plc. the personnel consulting company

Coming across the current situation in the job market and the needs of our students and alumni, Kozminski University decided to establish a cooperation with a leading personnel consulting company - BIGRAM Plc.

BIGRAM Plc. is the sole representative of an international IIC Partners network specializing in executive search projects (recruiting for top managerial positions) delivered in 38 countries worldwide. Participation in ARBORA Global Career Partners - another global network, allows BIGRAM's consultants to constantly improve their skills and qualifications through participation in international training sessions and workshops.
We believe, that the joint effort of the BIGRAM team, IIC Partners and Kozminski University will help the students and alumni of postgraduate and MBA programs in finding new exciting challenges.

What is the purpose of this cooperation?
Cooperation of the University and BIGRAM includes matching job offers with suitable candidates, employment advice and training on effective means of job hunting and self presentation during interviews.
Applications of students and alumni are registered in the BIGRAM Plc. database with a special status and they are accessible for every consultant working on recruitment projects.

Workshops
One of the elements of our cooperation is organizing workshops which will allow participants to:

• learn about the conditions in the job market
• identify and balance professional competencies 
• find out how to read job advertisements and prepare application documents
• prepare for personal job interview
